Lead Times
New Forest Countryside standard lines are all made to order. Standard lead time is 3 weeks from time or order to dispatch. Following dispatch the delivery window is up to 5 working days.
New Forest Countryside Signature Range pieces are available to dispatch at time of order.
Custom build lead times will be discussed at tie of consultation.
Standard Free of Charge Delivery
At New Forest Countryside we use premium courier services to get your order to you safely.
Tabletops are sent with DX Logistics and legs follow within 48 hours of the tabletop delivery via DPD
Our standard service has delivery within 5 working days from time of dispatch
Large Items
With some larger items and custom orders, we may be required to utilise our freight shipping partner. This is a chargeable service but pricing will be advised in advance of any order.
Areas we cover
We cover delivery to all areas of Mainland UK. Remote areas will incur a small surcharge.

Return Policy
Returns
New Forest Countryside are happy to process a return if the return is within 30 days of delivery. All returns must meet the below criteria and have the correct documentation included;
Item in original unused condition
Item re-secured in original packaging
All components included (tabletops, legs, fixings and packaging)
A note included with the return stating – Name, Address, Order reference and email address
Any items not meeting the above criteria or damaged in transit may be subject to deduction or rejections of refund.
Returns after 30 days will not be accepted.
Refunds
On receipt of your return, your item will be inspected. Following inspection we will email you and advise on your refund.
When a refund is applied – please allow up to 5 working days for payment clearance. Refunds will be applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges and Damages
Exchanges are only available on items that are damaged or defective in some way.
Damages occurring in transit must be reported within 48 hours with supporting images of both the item and the packaging – to report an item that has arrived damaged please contact – support@nfcltd.co.uk
